How to Claim Your Prize?

If you're one of our lucky winners:

  1. Submit your details within 7 days of the winner announcement.

  2. Provide your full name, phone number, delivery address and screenshot of your purchase receipt.

  3. Once verified, your prize will be shipped within 7 working days.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Participation

  1. The contest runs from 1 – 30 November 2026.

  2. Spend a minimum of RM188 in a single order, after all discounts and vouchers have been applied, to qualify.

  3. Only purchases from SpringHealth Official Website, Shopee Mall and Lazada Mall are eligible.

  4. 1 successfully paid eligible order = 1 lucky draw entry.

  5. Multiple eligible orders earn multiple entries. Separate orders cannot be combined to meet RM188.

  6. Cancelled, fully refunded or fraudulent orders are not eligible.

  7. No registration is required.

2. Winner Selection & Prizes

  1. A total of 16 winners will be randomly selected.

  2. Each participant may win a maximum of one prize.

  3. Winners will be announced on 10 December 2026 via Instagram @springhealthofficial.my.

  4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Shopping Voucher Usage

  1. Shopping vouchers are redeemable only at springhealthofficial.com, not on Shopee or Lazada.

  2. No minimum spend is required to use the vouchers.

  3. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, promotional items or discounts.

  4. All vouchers are valid until 31 January 2027.

  5. Expired or unused vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or extended.

4. Prize Redemption & Delivery

  1. Winners must respond within 7 days of the announcement.

  2. Winners must provide their full name, phone number, delivery address and screenshot of their qualifying order receipt.

  3. Prizes will be shipped within 7 working days after all details are successfully verified.

  4. Failure to respond or provide complete details within the stated period may result in prize forfeiture.

5. General Conditions

  1. SpringHealth reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any fraudulent or ineligible purchases.

  2. SpringHealth may amend or cancel the contest where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws.

  3. By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
